To order an official transcript, visit the Parchment website to place your order. National University does not accept transcript requests by phone, e-mail, or fax. Paper transcripts are $5.00 each with options for expedited shipping, for an additional fee. Electronic transcripts cost $7.00 each. An official transcript includes the Registrar’s signature, our college seal, the date it was issued, and delivered in a sealed envelope. It is a legal document and should not be opened by anyone except the addressee. Employers and potential employers typically require an official transcript.
Order Your Official Transcript
Your unofficial transcript can be printed directly from your SOAR Student Portal. On your Student Homepage, select Academic Records > View Unofficial Transcript > Report Type > Unofficial Transcript > Submit. This will produce a .pdf copy of your transcript where you can download or print. An unofficial transcript is the student’s academic record without signature, seal, date, or sealed envelope.
If you no longer have access to the SOAR Student Portal, forgot your student ID or password, contact our IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@nu.edu or call (858) 309-3580. For transcript assistance, contact transcripts@nu.edu or call (858) 642-8260. The Office of Alumni Relations does not have access to reset your account via Single Sign-On.
Request Your Unofficial Transcript
If your degree has already been awarded and you have received a diploma, you can request an additional diploma by submitting the Application for Duplicate Diploma. For all other questions regarding your diploma, contact graduation@nu.edu.
